2019 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 59.99 in the finals (she ran 59.32 in prelims) at the RMAC Championships on April 28 to earn All-RMAC second team. Converted to 59.43, her time ranked 12th in the RMAC for the season...Also ran on the seventh place 4x100 relay (50.91 finals, 50.38 prelims) and the ninth-place 4x400 (4:06.55)...At the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 19, ran the 400 in 1:00.36 for 67th place...At the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 13, ran on the fifth-place 4x100 (50.77) and finished 11th in the 400 (1:02.13)...At the Colorado Invitational on April 6, ran with the eighth-place 4x400 (4:10.73) and finished 10th in the 400 (59.39)...Finished third in the 400 (1:00.38) and was on the fourth-place 4x100 (50.76) at the Spank Blasing on March 30...Ran on the third-place 4x400 (4:23.99) and finished fifth in the 400 (1:00.36) at the Fum McGraw on March 23...Finished second in the 400 (1:00.84) and finished 13th in the 200 (27.64, -1.1) at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird on March 16.
2018-19 Indoor: At the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 9, ran on the fourth-place 4x400 relay (4:21.47) and finished 11th in the 400 (1:02.94)...AT the Mines Division II Invite & Multi on Jan. 25-26, ran on the second-place distance medley relay (12:47.19) and the fourth-place 4x400 (4:32.53)...Raced to victory in the 200 (27.59), ran on teh second-place 4x400 (4:22.67) and finished fourth in the 400 (1:02.78) at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi on Dec. 7.
2018 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 400 time of 58.59 in prelims at the RMAC Championships, and followed it up with a 59.36 in the finals for ninth place. Also ran on the 10th-place 4x400 relay (4:10.31) at the April 27-29 meet...Ran a personal-best 200 time of 26.88 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 20, finishing 88th, and also placed 60th in the 400 (59.74)...Finished second in the 400 at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite on April 14 with a time of 59.43...Ran the 200 in 26.89 (0.6) for 32nd place, and finished 19th in the 400 (1:01.70) at the CU Invitational on April 7...Finished ninth in the 400 (1:00.46) and ran on the sixth-place 4x400 relay (4:22.39) at the CSU-Pueblo Spank Blasing Invite on March 31...At the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on March 24, ran on the second-place 4x400 relay (4:27.67) and finished 11th in the 400 (1:01.22)...Made her MSU Denver outdoor debut at the March 16-17 CSU-Pueblo Early Bird, running on the sixth-place 4x400 relay (4:28.97) as well as finishing ninth in the 400 (1:01.01) and 13th in the 200 (27.35).
2017-18 Indoor: At the RMAC Championships on Feb. 23, ran on the fifth-place distance medley relay (12:47.12) and the ninth-place 4x400 (4:18.00)...Finished fifth in the 200 (27.16) and sixth in the 400 (1:02.09) at the Air Force Open on Feb. 16...Ran to indoor personal bests in the 200 (27.08) and 400 (1:01.19), finishing 42nd and 27th respectivley, and ran on the 10th-place 4x400 relay (4:23.26) at the Colorado Invitational, Feb. 1-3...Ran on the fifth-place 4x400 relay (4:24.79) and placed 10th in the 400 (1:02.41) and 15th in the 200 (27.93) at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi, Jan. 26-27...At the Mines Twilight Classic on Jan. 20, ran on the third-place 4x400 (4:35.98), and finished sixth in the 200 (28.45) and 11th in the 400 (1:04.83)...Made her MSU Denver debut at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi on Dec. 7-8, running on the third-place 4x400 (4:35.34) while also competing in the 200 and 400.
High School: Pershing County High School, class of 2017...State champion in the 200 meters in 27.19 seconds at the 2017 Nevada Interscholastic Activities Asssocation Class 2A Championships, also finishing second in the 400 (personal-best 1:00.61) and third in the 100 (13.06), while running on the second-place 4x200 relay team (1:49.22)...In 2015, placed fourth in the 100 (13.34), third in the 4x200 relay (1:52.28) and third in the long jump (14 feet, 6 inches) at the 2A State Championships...Was the 2017 Division 3 Northern champion in the 100 (13.38), 200 (27.14) and 400 (1:00.85)...Also had respective personal bests of 26.68 in the 200 and 15-6 in the long jump.
Personal: Born Mikayla Lin Renfroe on Jan. 4, 1999 in Fallon, Nev....Daughter of Toby and Sarah Renfroe...Her sister, Megan, also runs track at MSU Denver...Majoring in communications.
