Kenny Greenfield

Kenny Greenfield is an Assistant Athletic Trainer beginning his first year at MSU Denver, where he works with the Men’s Soccer and Baseball programs. Prior to MSU Denver, he spent five years at Wingate University in North Carolina as an Associate Athletic Trainer, part of the senior staff. There, he worked with the Baseball and Men’s/Women’s Triathlon programs and played a key role in their championship success. His contributions helped secure three conference championships, a regional championship, and a national championship for Baseball, as well as a national title for Women’s Triathlon and a club national championship for Men’s Triathlon.

Greenfield holds a B.S. in Athletic Training from James Madison University (2019) and a Master’s in Sports Management from Wingate University (2022). Before pursuing athletic training, he served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT in Leesburg, Virginia. Greenfield also gained valuable experience as an intern at Daytona State College in Florida, working primarily with the men’s soccer and softball teams. Additionally, he was the Head Athletic Trainer at DME Sports Academy in Daytona Beach, where he provided services to post-graduate basketball and volleyball teams.

In his personal life, Greenfield is married to his wife Madi. He enjoys attending sporting events, backpacking, and working on cars.
