Morgan serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, a position she began in 2025. In this role, she oversees NCAA, conference, and institutional compliance and works closely with student-athletes, coaches, and athletics staff to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Her responsibilities include student-athlete eligibility, financial aid, academic eligibility, rules education, policy implementation, and the continued development of processes that support a strong culture of compliance within the athletics department.
Prior to joining MSU Denver, Morgan served as the Assistant Director of Compliance at California Baptist University. In this role, she worked with student-athletes, coaches, and staff to provide rules education, support eligibility and participation requirements, and ensure institutional policies and NCAA regulations were effectively communicated and followed.
Morgan began her career in athletics compliance as a Graduate Assistant at Texas Christian University. Her time at TCU provided the foundation for her career in compliance and gave her the opportunity to learn from experienced athletics administrators while working within a highly competitive Division I athletics environment.
Before beginning her career in athletics administration, Morgan was an NCAA Division II student-athlete at Regis University, where she competed on the women’s basketball team for five years. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degree in criminology from Regis University.
