GOLDEN, Colo. –
For the second straight night, No. 13 Metro State overcame a one-point halftime deficit and downed Colorado Mines 64-54 on the road Saturday night. The Roadrunners improved to 20-1 overall and 16-1 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, while CSM fell to 7-15 and 3-14.

Metro State trailed 27-26 at halftime, one night after overcoming a one-point lead for a win at Colorado Christian.

Trailing 42-40 with 10:58 left after a Mines 3-pointer, Sullivan Ziegler (Denver/Heritage H.S.) scored on a layup to tie the game at 42-42.
