Joey Tscherne (Sylmar, Calif./John F. Kennedy H.S.) reached the ITA regional semifinals, going 4-1 with wins over the No. 5 and No. 12 ranked players in the region, before falling in the semifinals to the top-ranked player in the region Kyle Davidson from Midwestern State.

Josh Graetz (Albury, Australia/The Scots School) also reached the quarterfinals of the ITA regional and the doubles pair of Tscherne and Graetz went 1-1 to finish in the Round of 16.
•   For the women,
Courtney Wright (Houston, Texas/Memorial H.S.) reached the Round of 16 before retiring with illness at the regional tournament.

Marty Lukosiunas (Vilnius, Lithuania/Countryside H.S. (Fla.)) won the Men's Flight C championship at the Roadrunners Invitational, going 4-0 in the tournament and defeating teammate
Calum Hayes (Leeds, England/Guiseley H.S.) in three sets in the final.

Ana-Jelena Vujosevic (Milano, Italy/Skednja Ekonomska Skola) and
Linying Xiao (Guilin, China/St. Mary's Academy (Colo.)) won the Women's Flight B doubles title, going 3-0 and defeating Colorado Mesa in the championship.
•   In the main draw, men's player
Joey Tscherne (Sylmar, Calif./John F. Kennedy H.S.) and women's player
Emily Kerr (Winchester, England/Peter Symonds College) both reached the singles semifinals at the Roadrunners Invitational.

Joey Tscherne (Sylmar, Calif./John F. Kennedy H.S.) went 2-1 to win the Air Force Invitational singles championship on Sept. 13, defeating opponents from Air Force and Northern Colorado.

Josh Graetz (Albury, Australia/The Scots School) was ranked No. 44 in the final NCAA Division II ITA singles rankings in 2015 and it was the third time in his career he has been ranked in the top 50 and was the first time last season.
•   Graetz has been recovering from an injury over the summer and did not compete in the Roadrunners Invitational.

Calum Hayes (Leeds, England/Guiseley H.S.) and
Courtney Wright (Houston, Texas/Memorial H.S.) were named RMAC men's and women's freshman of the year.
•   It was the second year in a row a Roadrunners men's player has earned freshman of the year and the third year in a row for a women's player to earn it.
•   Graetz and Wright were both named RMAC player of the week on April 2.
•   Graetz also won the award on April 9 and April 16, becoming the first player in school history to earn the award three times in one season.
HIGH ACADEMICS:
•   The men's team had a 3.23 GPA for the 2014-15 school year and the women's team had a 3.11 GPA.
•   Three men's tennis players made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll with a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher during both semesters:
Calum Hayes (Leeds, England/Guiseley H.S.) (finance major);
Josh Graetz (Albury, Australia/The Scots School) (K-12 physical education);
Trevor Jones (Vancouver, Wash./Mountain View H.S.) (civil engineering).
•   Women's tennis player
Courtney Wright (Houston, Texas/Memorial H.S.) also made the AD Honor Roll during both semesters (environmental science).
MSU Denver TENNIS HISTORY:
•   MSU Denver's men's team has won four regular season RMAC championships (2000, 2001, 2008, 2009).
•   The men's team has won seven RMAC tournament championships (1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2008, 2009).
•   The men's team has reached the NCAA tournament 10 times in the past 15 seasons (most recently 2012), including an appearance in the quarterfinals in 2002.
•   The women's team has won three regular season RMAC championships (2002, 2003, 2004).
•   The women's team has won three RMAC tournament championships (2002, 2003, 2004).
•   The women's team has made four NCAA tournament appearances (2002, 2003, 2004, 2009), including quarterfinals appearances in 2002 and 2003.
