Colorado Springs, Colo. – The Metropolitan State University of Denver volleyball team fell 3-0 to UCCS on Saturday night. The Roadrunners are now 19-10 overall and 14-4 in the RMAC.

Michaela Smith (Littleton, Colo./Regis Jesuit H.S.) was the only Roadrunner to post double-digit kills with 13. Junior setter
Brandi Torr (Albuquerque, N.M./La Cueva H.S.) posted only 26 assists in the match, her lowest total since Sept. 11 when she tallied 19 assists. Senior
Kylie Haun (Simpsonville, S.C./Hillcrest H.S.) led the team defensively with 15 digs.
The Roadrunners struggled offensively committing 27 hitting errors and posting a hitting percentage of .068 for the match. UCCS posted five service aces in the match compared to one for MSU Denver.
MSU Denver will play in the RMAC Tournament. The Roadrunners will play in a quarterfinal game on Tuesday, November 17.
