The Roadrunners led 1-0 after a CCU error in the fourth inning.
Tied 1-1, MSU Denver pushed two across in the bottom of the sixth.
Nick McCasky (Golden, Colo./Ralston Valley H.S.) ripped a pinch-hit single through the right side to score
Trent Maloney (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County H.S.) and
Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) later scored on an error.
CCU scored one in the ninth on a wild pitch, but Moore escaped with a ground out to second, stranding the tying run on third.
