@MSUDenverTennis: Academic All-PacWest Women's Team includes Six Roadrunners

Castello, Cool, Heras and Myburgh earn distinction for second consecutive year

IRVINE, Calif. – Six players from the MSU Denver women's tennis program have been recognized on the Academic All-Pacific West Conference team.
 
Representing MSU Denver are Gala Castello, Marie Cool, Monica Guarin, Isabel Heras, Kayla Myburgh and Lilly Stienemeier.
 
In order to receive Academic All-PacWest recognition, student-athletes must have competed in at least one competition in the last school year and recorded a GPA of 3.00 or better after two completed semesters.
 
Castello, Cool, Heras and Myburgh are on the team for the second consecutive year. MSU Denver became an affiliate member of the PacWest for tennis in 2020-21.
