Both players were All-RMAC first team selections

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – MSU Denver's Miah Hartvigsen and Shelby Robb have been named to the NFCA All-South Central Region second team for softball.
 
Robb was named to the team at the utility/non-pitcher position, while Hartvigsen was honored at first base.
 
Robb, a 2021 All-America first team (D2CAA) and second team (NFCA) selection when she was the RMAC Freshman of the Year and one of eight NFCA National Freshman of the Year Finalists, batted .377 with 18 doubles, six triples, six homers and 35 RBIs in 2023. Robb was All-South Central Region first Team (D2CCA, NFCA) in 2021. She's a two-time All-RMAC first team (2021, 2023) member, and was All-RMAC honorable mention in an injury-shortened 2022. MSU Denver was 31-16 with her in the lineup this season following her injury rehabilitation as it finished second in the RMAC.
 
Robb was second in the RMAC in doubles and third in triples despite missing the first nine games, and she ranked 22nd in Division II in doubles as well as 24th in triples. She was also in the RMAC's top 10 in slugging (.688) and total bases (106). She's second in program history with career .410 average, fourth in triples (13), tied for seventh in stolen bases (34), eighth in on-base percentage (.458) and tied for ninth in doubles (39). She's 19th among active Division II players in career triples (13) and 47th in slugging (.704).
 
She was also named to the Academic All-RMAC first team for the second straight season and is a two-time academic all-district selection as well as a two-time D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner.
 
Hartvigsen earned All-RMAC first team honors at first base this season after batting .336 with six homers and 32 RBIs as a steady middle-of-the-order hitter for the league's second-place team. In two seasons at MSU Denver, she has a career .319 average with nine homers and 56 RBIs. She's also an Academic All-RMAC honor roll selection and a D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner.
