ORLANDO, Fla. – Three members of the MSU Denver softball team have been named to College Sports Communicators' Academic All-District Team.

Shelby Robb have all been named to the list.
To be eligible for College Sports Communicators' academic all-district teams, players must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 while playing in at least half their teams' games, and must be in at least their second season at their current institution.
Formerly known as CoSIDA, College Sports Communicators has changed its format for all-district teams this year, with nominees now all advancing directly to the Academic All-America ballot. No voting is done for all-district teams.
Robb is a 2021 All-America first team (D2CCA) and second team (NFCA) selection who was a 2021 National Freshman of Year Finalist as well as a 2021 All-South Central Region first team (D2CCA, NFCA) player and the 2021 RMAC Freshman of the Year. She earned All-RMAC first team for the second time in 2023 after being named honorable mention during her injury-shortened 2022 season, and she was recently named to the 2023 All-South Central Region second team by the NFCA. In 2023, she ranked second in RMAC in doubles (18) and third in triples (six), despite missing first nine games in injury rehab, totals that are good for 25
th and 27
th, respectively, in Division II. While batting .377 with six homers, 35 RBIs and 16 stolen bases, Robb helped MSU Denver to second place in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, and the Roadrunners were 31-16 with her in lineup. She is second in program history with a .410 career average. A two-time Academic All-RMAC first team selection as well as a D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner, she has a cumulative 4.0 GPA while majoring in sport management.
Burt, who was on the 2022 All-RMAC second team and the 2022 RMAC All-Tournament team, ranks fourth in the RMAC in 2023 in strikeout-to-walk ratio (3.0), 11th in ERA (3.55) and eighth in strikeouts (108) after going 8-11 with a 3.55 ERA. She is the program's all-time leader in strikeouts per seven innings (5.9), and is seventh in career strikeouts (203) and 12th in wins (20). As a hitter she has career totals that include a .305 batting average with eight homers and 38 RBIs, while as a pitcher she is 20-19 with a 3.65 ERA. An Academic All-RMAC first team selection, she has 3.99 cumulative GPA while majoring in special education.
Hartvigsen was named to the All-RMAC first team and to the NFCA All-South Central region second team at first base. Hartvigsen was a steady middle-of-the-order hitter for the RMAC's second-place team, batting .336 with six homers and 32 RBIs. In two seasons at MSU Denver, her career totals include a .319 batting average, nine homers and 56 RBIs. A member of the Academic All-RMAC honor roll, the D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner has a 3.62 cumulative GPA while majoring in biology.
