@MSUDenverTennis: Roadrunners Drop Duals to Nationally-Ranked Washburn Teams

MSU Denver faced ranked teams in two locations in less than 24 hours

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 TOPEKA, KAN. – Just hours after tough duals against ranked opponents, the MSU Denver tennis teams did it all again a couple of hours down the road.
 
The 15th-ranked Washburn men defeated the Roadrunners 6-1 on Saturday afternoon, while the No. 9 Washburn women beat MSU Denver by an identical 6-1. MSU Denver had lost duals late Friday night to Northwest Missouri State in St. Joseph, Mo.
 
For the men, Juho Kantola won at No. 2 singles 6-3, 6-3. And for the women, Kim Heddes won her No. 2 singles match 7-6 (4), 5-7, 6-2.
