Denver- The Metropolitan State University of Denver women's soccer team begins 2016 RMAC play Friday September 16 at No. 5 Colorado School of Mines at 7 p.m. and Sunday September 18 against Colorado Christian at 12 p.m.
 
MSU Denver traveled to Washington last week where they lost 1-0 at No. 9 Western Washington.  They finished in a 1-1 double overtime draw at Seattle Pacific. The Roadrunners are now 1-1-2 overall.
 
Colorado Mines is coming off two California road wins in which they defeated Cal State San Bernadino 2-1 and No. 7 UC San Diego 1-0. The Orediggers have an 4-0 overall record and are currently ranked No.5 in the NSCAA top 25 poll.  Colorado Christian split last weekend, losing at Biola University 4-1 and winning against San Diego Christian College 2-0. The Cougars have an overall record of 3-2.
