Denver- The Metropolitan State University of Denver women's soccer team gears up for a weekend at home as they host New Mexico Highlands Friday, October 6 and CSU-Pueblo Sunday, October 8.

The Roadrunners went 1-1 on the road this weekend defeating Westminster (Utah) 1-0 and losing to Colorado Mesa 0-2. They now have a record of 5-5 on the year and 4-2 in the RMAC.

New Mexico Highlands has an overall record of 2-4-2 and 2-1-1 in Conference. CSU-Pueblo has an overall record of 4-4-1 and 3-1-1 in RMAC play.

Friday's game is Make-A-Wish-Day and Sunday's game is the Breast Cancer Awareness Game. Ancillary events will be held at the games to benefit these charities.Â
