DENVER – On this date, April 22, 2018, both the MSU Denver men's and women's tennis teams posted a pair of 5-0 victories to win RMAC Tournament championships at the Regency Athletic Complex. The MSU Denver men beat Colorado Christian in the semifinals and defeated Colorado Mesa, in the finals to win the last RMAC Tournament championship in men's tennis. Joey Tscherne completed four victories, two each at No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles. For the women, who also defeated Colorado Christian and Colorado Mesa, Tabitha Porter won at No. 3 singles 6-1, 6-0 in the championship dual.

2019 – MSU Denver women's golfer Kika Dzoan recorded a hole-in-one on the 128-yard, par-3 12^th hole at the Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, Ariz., part of a 4-over-par 76 in the second round of the RMAC Championships.
 
2017 – Josh Graetz won at both No. 1 doubles and No. 1 singles, and Alejandro Martinez-Morilla did the same at No. 3 singles and No. 3 doubles, as MSU Denver defeated Colorado Christian 5-0 in the semifinals of the RMAC Tournament for men's tennis. The Roadrunners' women beat CSU-Pueblo 5-0 in the semifinals, with Valerie Valencia (No. 2 doubles, No. 1 singles) and Linying Xiao (No. 3 doubles, No. 4 singles) both completing two victories.
 
2017 – Jake Ekman was 6-for-6 with a homer and three RBIs as MSU Denver split a baseball doubleheader at UCCS, winning the opener 7-4 before falling 9-3 in the nightcap.
 
2016 – Sarena Espinoza hit a solo homer in the sixth inning and Cassidy Smith pitched a complete game, giving up only a seventh-inning run while scattering eight hits, as MSU Denver defeated Colorado Mesa 2-1 to snap the Mavericks' 29-game winning streak. Earlier the Roadrunners beat Black Hills State 13-3.
 
2015 – Lani Redmond went 2-for-2 with three RBIs as Division II No. 19 MSU Denver defeated Northern Colorado 9-6 in the first game of a softball doubleheader for the program's first win over a Division I opponent in nine seasons dating to 1989 (the program was dormant from 1991 through 2007).
 
2013 – MSU Denver wrapped up its inaugural season of women's golf by finishing sixth at the RMAC Championships with a two-day score of 655. Dani Look shot a career-best 2-over-par 74 to finish the two-day tournament in fifth place at 81-74—155.
 
2012 – Kelsey Tillery extended her Division II national lead in home runs with her 22^nd of the season as MSU Denver defeated Chadron State 10-2 in the opening game of a softball doubleheader.
 
2011 – Corey Collins pitched a seven-inning, complete-game, two-hitter, the program's first two-hitter since 2001, as MSU Denver defeated Colorado Mesa 7-2 in the second game of a baseball doubleheader.
 
1997 – Brian Aguiar was 2-for-4 with a homer and five RBIs, and Craig Leisge drove in the go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth inning as MSU Denver defeated Northern Colorado 13-12 in baseball.
 
1995 – Casey Hostetler was 5-for-6, hit a homer in each game, and had seven RBIs as MSU Denver split a baseball doubleheader with Northern Colorado, winning 11-7 before falling 11-8.
 
1994 – Rosemary Aiello won a second-set tiebreaker in No. 1 doubles and a first-set tiebreaker in No. 1 singles in posting two victories as MSU Denver defeated UCCS 8-1 in women's tennis.
 
1990 – Scott Novak pitched a seven-inning, five-hit shutout as MSU Denver earned its second baseball win of the day, 3-0 over Western New Mexico to finish 5-0 at the Metro Denver Tournament. Earlier, Bob Dampier had two doubles and three RBIs and the Roadrunners scored four runs in the top of the 10^th and then held on for an 11-9 victory over Denver.
 
1989 – Diana Pacheco pitched a 12-inning complete game as MSU Denver defeated Nebraska-Kearney 3-2, and the Roadrunners picked up a second win, 8-2 against Peru State (Neb.), in softball. Trina McKee was 5-for-6 with four RBIs for the day.
 
1989 – MSU Denver cruised to a 9-0 victory over Montana State-Billings in men's tennis. Dave Cordova won 6-3, 6-0 at No. 1 singles. In the women's dual, the Roadrunners defaulted in two matches, but otherwise dropped only two games in a 7-2 victory.
