GOLDEN, Colo. – MSU Denver returned to No. 4 in the NCBWA South Central Region baseball poll.
The Roadrunners swept Adams State in a four-game series over the weekend and returning to its season-high ranking in the region poll from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.
MSU Denver (25-7 overall and 21-7 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference) has 78 poll points, up from 68 last week.
The NCBWA ranks teams that compete in the Rocky Mountain Athletic and Lone Star Conferences. It isn't affiliated with the NCAA regional rankings that are used to fill out the NCAA Tournament field.
