BOULDER, Colo. – MSU Denver had a handful of athletes compete in field events Friday at the CU Invitational, with PJ Guidry's seventh-place finish in the triple jump highlighting the day.
 
Guidry finished second among Division II competitors in the event, with an effort of 13.60 meters (44 feet, 7 ½ inches).
 
The Roadrunners' women's javelin duo of Jocelyn Korbe and Teagan Garand finished eighth and ninth, respectively, with throws of 27.78 (91-2) and 26.89 (88-3), respectively.
 
The bulk of MSU Denver's competitors are in action Saturday beginning at 11 a.m.
