USAFA, Colo. – The MSU Denver men's tennis team had a day-night doubleheader of exhibition duals at Air Force on Saturday, falling 5-2 in the morning event and 7-0 in the nightcap.
In the morning,
Juho Kantola won at No. 3 singles 7-5, 6-3, while
Billy McDermott was a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 winner at No. 4.
In the second dual, all three doubles matches were close, with Air Force prevailing 6-4 in both of the completed contests to win that point. The singles matches were all decided in straight sets, with Kantola – playing at No. 1 – playing the closest in a 7-5, 6-4 defeat.
