COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the second straight year, MSU Denver has finished fifth in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's All-Sports Cup.
The Roadrunners were fourth in the RMAC's five "core" sports (men's basketball, women's basketball, volleyball, women's soccer and football or men's soccer).
Schools are awarded points based on their position in the standings and the number of teams that participate in the sport. In addition to the five core sports, three "wild-card" sports for both men and women and added to determine the final position in the standings.
MSU Denver won regular-season and tournament championships in volleyball, and both the volleyball and baseball teams qualified for their NCAA Division II national tournaments.
