COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. –
Mia Salas was named Academic All-RMAC First Team by the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference on Thursday.
The senior cross country runner has a 4.0 GPA in her graduate program of Nutrition and Dietetics.
There were four runners on the women's side who earned Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll honors, while five runners received the same on the men's side.

Abi Read,
Payton Rusk and
Audrynn Street earned honor roll status on the women's side, while Jordan Duran, Jonathan Duran, Charlie Geilser, Ty Schauer and Shota Yabuuchi were named Honor Roll on the men's side.
To be eligible for All-RMAC first team honors, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50, must be in at least their second season with the program, and must have used a season of competition.
First team selections are the result of voting by the league sports information directors. For honor roll selections, the same rules apply, though a 3.30 GPA is required.
Salas has earned two Athletic Director's Honor Roll honors and was 2023-2024 CSC Academic All-District.
The St. Michael, Minnesota native had a great senior season; she finished 13
th at the RMAC Championships, earning second team All-RMAC honors, she placed 33
rd overall at the South Central Region Championships and finished 55
th at the NCAA Division II Championships.
