DENVER — Postseason soccer is returning to the Assembly Athletic Complex. The No. 2-seeded MSU Denver men's soccer team will host No. 3 seed Regis in the RMAC Tournament semifinals on Wednesday at 5 p.m., with a spot in the conference championship match on the line.
The Roadrunners earned a first-round bye after finishing 7-2-1 in RMAC play, while Regis advanced with a 3–1 victory over No. 6 seed Colorado Mesa on Sunday afternoon.
The matchup will be a rematch of a tightly contested regular-season meeting back on October 19 in Denver, when MSU Denver earned a 2–1 road win behind goals from Riley Liston and Brendan O'Toole.
Under head coach Nick Kirchhof, the Roadrunners have climbed back among the RMAC's elite, securing their highest conference finish since 2012 and their best record since 2019. MSU Denver will now aim to capture its first RMAC Tournament win since 2017, when the Roadrunners defeated UCCS in penalty kicks to advance to the semifinals.
Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Assembly Athletic Complex. Fans can purchase tickets online at this link.
