DENVER -- It's another action filled week in MSU Denver Roadrunners Athletics with baseball, softball, and track and field all competing this weekend, with baseball and softball both playing UCCS at home while track and field will compete in the RMAC Championships.
BASEBALL
Friday, 4/25: MSU Denver vs UCCS (6 pm MT)
Saturday, 4/26: MSU Denver vs UCCS (1 MT)
Saturday, 4/26: MSU Denver vs UCCS (3:30 pm MT)
Sunday, 4/27: MSU Denver vs UCCS (Noon MT)
Head coach Ryan Strain and his team are coming off a series split with CSU Pueblo last weekend and are now 25-17 on the season with a 17-7 record in the RMAC. They will play UCCS for their final home series of the regular season.
Junior Andrew Graham was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's Player of the Week on Tuesday, after a scorching hot series at the plate. He went 8-for-18, with five runs scored, 12 RBI, five doubles, hit his 10th home run on the season and went 1-for-1 on the base paths.
This is the fourth week in a row that a Roadrunner baseball player has been named player of the week. The previous players were Cam Yuran, Jesse Velders, and Drew Peters.

Annie Van Wetzinga and her squad are fresh off a road series win over New Mexico Highlands, taking three of four. The Roadrunners hold a half-game lead in the RMAC standings with a 37-11 (32-7 RMAC) overall record, and control their destiny with their last four games of the season against UCCS.
If they win out, they will be the RMAC regular season champs and will host the conference tournament next weekend.
TRACK AND FIELD
Friday, 4/25 - Sunday, 4/27: RMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
Head coach Janis Christopher and her squads will compete in the outdoor track and field conference championships this weekend in Golden, hosted by the Colorado School of Mines.
Isaiah Williams set the high jump school record for the second week in a row this last weekend, this time with a 2.06 meter jump.
Sean Pecenka and Naleia Sowell brought home two Roadrunner wins at the previous meet. Pecenka won the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.37. Sowell won the 400 meter event with a time of 55.96.
