KEARNEY, Neb. - Karisa Price (Gilbert, Ariz./Highland H.S.) scored two goals as Metro State earned a 2-0 win at Nebraska-Kearney on Friday night.  The Roadrunners improved to 12-3-1 overall and 8-3-1 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference with their fourth shutout of the season, while UNK fell to 4-10-1 and 2-8-1.

Price scored at 9:25, taking a pass from Aubrey Fondy (Arvada, Colo./Faith Christian H.S.) on the right wing and scoring from inside the box.

Her second goal came 15 minutes into the second half on a shot from 15 yards out into the top of the net.

The Roadrunners held the Lopers to just five shot attempts, the lowest total in conference play for a Metro State opponent this season.

Danielle Quigley (Arvada, Colo./Arvada West H.S.) stopped all three shots on goal.

Metro State will play at UC-Colorado Springs at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
