Box Score PUEBLO, Colo. - Colorado State-Pueblo earned a 9-2 win over Metro State on Friday to open a four-game series in Pueblo to begin Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play for both teams. The Roadrunners fell to to 4-6 overall, while the ThunderWolves improved to 4-5.

Markie Ortivez (Littleton, Colo./Heritage H.S.) was the bright spot offensively for Metro State, going 3-for-4 at the plate.
Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) was 1-for-2 and was hit by a pitch twice.
The two teams will play a doubleheader in Pueblo starting at noon on Saturday.
