•    Towner hit her first career grand slam on Feb. 16, putting Metro State up 7-5 in its 12-7 win over No. 17 Angelo State.
•    Oury picked up where she left off last season, batting .500 (7-for-14) with seven runs scored in the first five games.

•    The team held a T.E.A.L. (Tell Every Amazing Lady) game on April 27 last season against Black Hills State as a fundraiser for Ovarian Cancer.
•    Maul is back after earning a medical redshirt and is expected to be the team's No. 1 pitcher and a centerpiece in the batting lineup.

CANCELLED GAMES:
•    Metro State's season-opening four-game series vs. Nebraska-Kearney was cancelled due to snow in Denver.
