RECENT NOTES:
•    Derek Stimpson (Colorado Springs/Doherty H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on Feb. 18 after pitching a complete game shutout against No. 15 St. Mary's (Texas), throwing seven innings and striking out five with just six hits allowed and no walks.
•    Nick Hammett (Broomfield, Colo./Broomfield H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on March 4 after pitching a complete game shutout, scattering three hits over nine innings against Colorado State-Pueblo.
•    Reilly Mau (Longmont, Colo./Longmont H.S.) batted 5-for-7 in two games on Feb. 28 against CSU-Pueblo
•    Gavin Purvis (Albuquerque, N.M./Cibola H.S.) was 4-for-8 with six RBIs in two games on Feb. 28 against CSU-Pueblo.
•    Danny Westerberg (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.) is batting .385 over a three-game hitting streak.
•    Patrick Gojan (Highlands Ranch, Colo./Mountain Vista H.S.) allowed one unearned run with three strikeouts in two innings of his first appearance of the season on Feb. 28 against CSU-Pueblo.

WEATHER PROBLEMS:
•    Metro State's first seven games this season were all cancelled due to snow in both Denver and Kansas.
•    The Roadrunners will likely add mid-week games later in the season to make up for those lost to weather early in the season.
