Derek Stimpson (Colorado Springs/Doherty H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on Feb. 18 after pitching a complete game shutout against No. 15 St. Mary's (Texas), throwing seven innings and striking out five with just six hits allowed and no walks.

Nick Hammett (Broomfield, Colo./Broomfield H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on March 4 after pitching a complete game shutout, scattering three hits over nine innings against Colorado State-Pueblo.

Kris Lalk (Lakewood, Colo./Green Mountain H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on April 29 after going 2-0 in two relief appearances, allowing zero runs in seven innings, scattering four hits and striking out six.

Alex Walker (Wheat Ridge, Colo./Wheat Ridge H.S.) is batting .480 (12-for-25) with a home run over the past eight games.

Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) is batting .389 (7-for-18) with three home runs and five RBIs over his current five-game hitting streak.

• Metro State's first seven games this season were all cancelled due to snow in both Denver and Kansas.
