•   The Roadrunners get two starters back from injury as
Andrew Paust (Parker, Colo./Ponderosa H.S.) and
Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.) return in 2015 after missing the entire 2014 season.
•   MSU Denver also adds three redshirts from last season who are expected to step into starting or major roles right away in
Julian Garcia (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.),
Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) and
Trent Maloney (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County H.S.).

Kris Lalk (Lakewood, Colo./Green Mountain H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on April 29 after going 2-0 in two relief appearances, allowing zero runs in seven innings, scattering four hits and striking out six.

Nick Hammett (Broomfield, Colo./Broomfield H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on March 4 after pitching a complete game shutout, scattering three hits over nine innings against Colorado State-Pueblo.

Derek Stimpson (Colorado Springs/Doherty H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on Feb. 18 after pitching a complete game shutout against No. 15 St. Mary's (Texas), throwing seven innings and striking out five with just six hits allowed and no walks.

Alex Walker (Wheat Ridge, Colo./Wheat Ridge H.S.) batted .480 (12-for-25) with a home run over the final eight games last season

Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) batted .382 (13-for-34) with four home runs and two doubles over the final nine games last season.
•   Baca homered in three consecutive games against Adams State (May 2-3) the longest home run streak since Jacob Nelson broke the school record by homering in six straight games last season.

Nick Comito (Lakewood, Colo./Mullen H.S.) batted .444 (12-for-27) with two doubles, five runs scored and three stolen bases over the final seven games last season.

Ryan Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) has not allowed a run in 12.2 innings over his past three appearances, including a seven-inning, complete game shutout in his final outing of the year (second start) on May 2 at New Mexico Highlands.

Nic Hansen (Monument, Colo./Palmer Ridge H.S.) has not allowed an earned run in 5.1 innings over his past three appearances, allowing just four hits.
PRODUCTION RETURNS in 2015:
•   MSU Denver's returning players combined to bat .296 with 121 runs batted in and 132 runs scored.
•   This year's returners accounted for 64 percent of the team's hits and 64 percent of the team's RBIs last season.
•   On the mound, this year's returners went 9-15 with 117 strikeouts.
•   This year's returners accounted for 60 percent of the team's innings, 61 percent of the team's strikeouts and 64 percent of the team's wins last season.
