MSU Denver will host Colorado School of Mines for four games this weekend at The Regency Athletic Complex.

Notes:
RECENT NOTES:
•    The nine-game winning streak was the longest for the Roadrunners since winning 11 in a row in 2008.
•    The 17-game home winning streak was the second-longest in school history.
•    The 20-14 record currently is the best start to a season since 2011 when the Roadrunners started were 23-11 through 34 games.
•    Kris Lalk (Lakewood, Colo./Green Mountain H.S.) is 2-0 with a 1.86 ERA in 38.2 innings with 35 strikeouts over his past five starts.
•    Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) is batting .340 with 15 RBIs over the past 14 games (since March 22).
•    Ryan Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) is 4-0 with one save and a 0.52 ERA over his last seven appearances, spanning 17.1 innings, while allowing just a .186 batting average.
•    Baca was named RMAC pitcher of the week on April 15 after going 2-0 with a save and a 1.59 ERA in 5.2 innings vs. Adams State in three appearances April 10-12.
•    Julian Garcia (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) is 2-0 with a 1.89 ERA in 19 innings with 25 strikeouts over his past three starts.
•    Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) is batting .414 with nine RBIs, seven runs scored, three home runs, three doubles and a triple over the past nine games (since April 3).
•    Trent Maloney (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County H.S.) is batting .467 with nine RBIs, three doubles, two home runs, a triple and eight runs scored over the past nine games (since April 3).
•    Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.) had his streak of 29 consecutive games reaching base to start the season snapped on April 14 when he failed to reach base in a pinch-hitting appearance against Regis University.
•    Garcia took a no-hitter into the seventh inning on Jan. 31 vs. Nebraska-Kearney in his first career outing.
•    Garcia tossed a one-hitter on March 14 vs. Colorado Christian, allowing one unearned run and one hit to the leadoff batter in the game, while striking out nine in a 4-1 win.
•    Garcia's one-hitter was the first one-hitter at MSU Denver since Shawn Harpin threw a 5-inning one-hitter in 1995 vs. New Mexico Highlands.
•    The series sweep over Colorado Christian March 13-15 was the first four-game home sweep for the Roadrunners since sweeping Colorado School of Mines in 2011.
•    Mike Thill (Littleton, Colo./Columbine H.S.)'s 10 strikeouts vs. Nebraska-Kearney on Jan. 30 were the most for a Roadrunner since Jake Draeger fanned 10 in 2011.
•    The Roadrunners get two starters back from injury as Andrew Paust (Parker, Colo./Ponderosa H.S.) and Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.) return in 2015 after missing the entire 2014 season.
•    MSU Denver also adds three redshirts from last season who are expected to step into starting or major roles right away in Garcia, Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) and Trent Maloney (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County H.S.).

HOME WINNING STREAK:
•    The current 17-game home winning streak is the second-longest in school history behind a 23-game home winning streak in 2008. Here is a list of the longest home winning streaks in school history:

•    The Roadrunners already have five walk-off wins this sesaon.
•    The most in one season is nine in 2000.
•    The most runs scored in the last inning for a walk-off win was 10 in the bottom of the seventh inning on March 3, 2000, of a 14-11 win over Nebraska-Omaha.

•    Feb. 14 (5-4 win over Sioux Falls, Game 2): 7th inning, Danny Miller (Denver/Denver Christian H.S.) two-run single to right-center to score Alex Walker (Wheat Ridge, Colo./Wheat Ridge H.S.) and Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.).
•    March 14 (5-4 win over Colorado Christian): 9th inning, Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) single to left to score Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.).
•    April 3 (3-2 win over N.M. Highlands, Game 1): 11th inning, Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) reaches on fielder's choice to score Levett from second base after failed double-play attempt.
•    April 10 (5-4 win over Adams State): 10th inning, Walker reaches on throwing error by shortstop to score Baca from second base with two outs.
•    April 12 (8-7 win over Adams State): Trent Maloney (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County H.S.) homers to left-center to lead off the 9th inning.

STRIKEOUT ARTISTS:
•    The Roadrunners are striking opponents out at a record pace this season, averaging 8.31 strikeouts per nine innings.
•    The school record for most strikeouts per nine innings is 7.91 in 1990.
