RECENT NOTES:
•    The nine-game winning streak was the longest for the Roadrunners since winning 11 in a row in 2008.
•    The 17-game home winning streak was the second-longest in school history.
•    Kris Lalk (Lakewood, Colo./Green Mountain H.S.) is 3-1 with a 2.22 ERA in 52.2 innings with 48 strikeouts and a .239 opponent batting average over his past seven starts (since March 13)
•    Javi Vega (Chula Vista, Calif./Castle Park H.S.) has two saves and a 3.75 ERA in 12 innings with nine strikeouts and one walk, and a .283 opponent batting average over his past six appearances (since March 27).
•    Ryan Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) is 5-1 with one save and a 2.51 ERA in 28.2 innings with 26 strikeouts, six walks and a .267 opponent batting average in his past 11 appearances (since March 28).
•    Cameron Stroup (Arvada, Colo./Arvada West H.S.) has one save an a 1.88 ERA in 14.1 innings with nine strikeouts over his past seven appearances (since March 29).
•    Jake Thurston (Centennial, Colo./Grandview H.S.) is batting .343 with nine extra-base hits, eight RBIs and eight runs scored over the past 10 games (since april 12).
•    Josh Moore (Grand Junction, Colo./Grand Junction H.S.) is 1-0 with a 1.80 ERA in five innings with a .188 opponent batting average over his past four appearances (since April 14).
•    Mitch Gibbons (Franktown, Colo./Ponderosa H.S.) is batting .444 with three doubles over the past eight games (since April 18).
•    Alex Walker (Wheat Ridge, Colo./Wheat Ridge H.S.) is batting .375 with two doubles and four RBIs over his current eight-game hitting streak (since April 18).
•    Lalk was named RMAC pitcher of the week on April 21 after pitching eight shutout innings and striking out 10, while allowing two singles in a win over Colorado School of Mines on April 18.
•    Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.) had his streak of 29 consecutive games reaching base to start the season snapped on April 14 when he failed to reach base in a pinch-hitting appearance against Regis University.
•    Ryan Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) was named RMAC pitcher of the week on April 14 after going 2-0 with a save and a 1.52 ERA in three appearances against Adams State.
•    Julian Garcia (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) took a no-hitter into the seventh inning on Jan. 31 vs. Nebraska-Kearney in his first career outing.
•    Garcia tossed a one-hitter on March 14 vs. Colorado Christian, allowing one unearned run and one hit to the leadoff batter in the game, while striking out nine in a 4-1 win.
•    Garcia's one-hitter was the first one-hitter at MSU Denver since Shawn Harpin threw a 5-inning one-hitter in 1995 vs. New Mexico Highlands.
•    The series sweep over Colorado Christian March 13-15 was the first four-game home sweep for the Roadrunners since sweeping Colorado School of Mines in 2011.
•    Mike Thill (Littleton, Colo./Columbine H.S.)'s 10 strikeouts vs. Nebraska-Kearney on Jan. 30 were the most for a Roadrunner since Jake Draeger fanned 10 in 2011.
•    The Roadrunners get two starters back from injury as Andrew Paust (Parker, Colo./Ponderosa H.S.) and Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.) return in 2015 after missing the entire 2014 season.
•    MSU Denver also adds three redshirts from last season who are expected to step into starting or major roles right away in Garcia, Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) and Trent Maloney (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County H.S.).

HOME WINNING STREAK:

•    March 14 (5-4 win over Colorado Christian): 9th inning, Darryl Baca (Loveland, Colo./Loveland H.S.) single to left to score Jeff Levett (Parker, Colo./Chaparral H.S.).
•    April 3 (3-2 win over N.M. Highlands, Game 1): 11th inning, Hunter Donaldson (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge H.S.) reaches on fielder's choice to score Levett from second base after failed double-play attempt.
•    April 10 (5-4 win over Adams State): 10th inning, Walker reaches on throwing error by shortstop to score Baca from second base with two outs.
