Alamosa, Colo.- The Metropolitan State University of Denver baseball team has cancelled two Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games at Adams State scheduled for Saturday, April 16 due to weather.
Due to snow fall that began last night in the Alamosa area, the fields are unplayable. The Roadrunners and Grizzlies will cancel the second half of their scheduled four-game conference series. MSU Denver split the first two games on Friday, April 15 on the road trip.
MSU Denver will complete their road trip trip next weekend, April 22-24 with three games at Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colo. before hosting their final homestand of the 2016 season against nationally-ranked Colorado Mesa on April 29-May 1 at the Regency Athletic Complex.
