Colorado Springs, Colo.- The Metropolitan State University of Denver softball team has cancelled two Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games at UC-Colorado Springs scheduled for Saturday, April 16 due to weather.
Due to snow fall in the Colorado Springs area, the fields are unplayable. The Roadrunners and Moutain Lions will cancel the second half of their scheduled four-game conference series. MSU Denver lost the first two games on Friday, April 15 during the road trip.
MSU Denver will now turn their attention to a doubleheader at Division I opponent University of Norther Colorado on Tuesday, April 19 beginning at 4 p.m. in Greeley, Colo.
