Softball: Roadrunners Travel to South Dakota For Final Regular Season Games

MSU Denver will play two games against Black Hills State and Colorado Mesa

Denver- The Metropolitan State University of Denver softball team will travel to Spearfish, South Dakota to play four Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games on Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23 against Black Hills State and Colorado Mesa.

The Roadrunners will play one doubleheader against each of the two teams over the weekend.  After splitting a doubleheader with University of Northern Colorado last Tuesday the 19, MSU Denver will enter the weekend with a record of 27-17 overall and 21-9 in RMAC play.  Colorado Mesa enters with a 34-7 record overall and a 33-1 record in the RMAC.  Black Hills State will enter play this weekend 6-31 overall and 6-24 in RMAC play.  

The Roadrunners will look to keep a tight hold on the second spot in the RMAC this weekend.  Game one starts at 12 noon Friday, April 22 with game two to follow immediately after.  Game three is scheduled for 1p.m. Saturday, April 23 and game four will be played after the conclusion of game three.
