Denver- The Metropolitan State University of Denver softball team will hold its 2018 home opener against Montana State Billings on Saturday, February 17 with the first game of the double header scheduled for 12 noon.
 
MSU Denver will return home after going two straight weekends on the road.  The Roadrunners competed in the Colorado Mesa Invitational and the Easton Classic hosted by Dixie State.  The Roadrunners started off the season going 2-8 overall against some tough competition.
 
MSU Denver faced MSU-Billings last week, falling 10-2.  The Yellow Jackets have started the season off 7-5 overall.
