Denver- The Metropolitan State University of Denver softball team will host Adams State in its last regular season home series of 2018. The Roadrunners will host a double header Friday beginning at 4 p.m. and Saturday beginning at 12 noon.
 
The Roadrunners are coming off a 3-1 series win against Colorado School of Mines last weekend. MSU Denver currently sits in fourth in the RMAC with a conference record of 24-12 and an overall record of 29-21.
 
Adams State sits in seventh place in the conference with an overall record of 17-29 and conference record of 14-18. The Grizzlies are coming off a series sweep against Chadron State.
 
The Roadrunners invite all youth to come out and support the team as they take on the Grizzlies at the Regency Athletic Complex on Friday for youth day.  Saturday's games will celebrate the four seniors on the team.
