DENVER – MSU Denver Athletics will honor members of the military, past and present, with Military Appreciation Day on Friday at the Regency Athletic Complex.

Past and present military personnel will receive free admission to an eventful evening at the RAC.

The Roadrunners are slated to take on Regis in a softball doubleheader starting at 4 p.m. MDT on Friday, while the baseball team will take on No. 6 Colorado Mesa in a single game at 6 p.m.

Both series are crucial for conference tournament seeding. In baseball, the Roadrunners are currently third in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference with a 19-9 league record, while Colorado Mesa is first in the conference at 22-6.

The Roadrunners softball team is fifth in the RMAC with a 19-13 record in league play, while Regis is seventh in the conference at 12-19.

All fans are encouraged to stay for a fireworks display that will follow the conclusion of all games.
