DENVER – On this date, Sept. 28, Mandy Allen had 10 saves as the No. 3 MSU Denver women's soccer team played No. 1-ranked host Nebraska-Omaha to a 0-0 tie, putting the Roadrunners at 9-0-1 for the season.

2019 – Kayla White had six kills, four service aces and 14 digs as the MSU Denver volleyball team won 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-22) at Colorado Christian for its fifth straight victory, improving to 9-3 overall and 4-0 in the RMAC.
2018 – Taylor Duryea had 16 kills and 15 digs as the MSU Denver volleyball team beat South Dakota Mines 3-1 (25-11, 22-25, 25-10, 25-17 to improve to 5-2 in the RMAC.
2014 – Jordan Post scored at 11:42 and Breanna Flores had nine saves as the No. 23 MSU Denver women's soccer team beat New Mexico Highlands 1-0 to improve to 5-1-2 overall and 2-0-2 in the RMAC.
2012 – Karisa Price scored on a header with 7:03 left as the MSU Denver women's soccer team beat Fort Lewis 1-0 to improve to 6-2-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the RMAC.
2012 – Brenden Hughes scored 5:22 into overtime as the MSU Denver men's soccer team won 1-0 against Fort Lewis. Shailer Thomas had eight saves.
2012 – Lauren Quijano had 19 kills and Amy Wong added 15 kills and 12 digs as the No. 14 MSU Denver volleyball team beat UCCS 3-2 (25-19, 12-25, 22-25, 25-19, 15-10).
2008 – Becca Mays scored two goals as the No. 11 MSU Denver women's soccer team beat No. 22 Carson-Newman (Tenn.) 4-0 for its fifth straight shutout, improving to 7-1-2.
2007 – Phillip Owen scored a goal in each half, and Steven Emory had two assists as the No. 18 MSU Denver men's soccer team beat Northeastern State (Okla.) 3-0 top improve to 8-1-2.
2007 – Gabby Klipp, Vanessa Mais and Katie Kilbey scored in the final 20 minutes as the No. 19 MSU Denver women's soccer team came from behind to beat Florida Southern 3-1, improving to 8-2-1.
*2003 – Jessy Roy had 25 kills, three service aces and 11 digs as the No. 9 MSU Denver volleyball team won 3-1 (24-30, 30-26, 30-27, 30-24) at No. 22 Fort Hays State (Kan.), improving to 11-4 overall and 5-1 in the RMAC.
2002 – Nikki Fusco had 20 kills and Devon Herron set 64 assists as the No. 16 MSU Denver volleyball team beat Fort Hays State (Kan.) 3-1 (27-30, 30-23, 31-29, 3026) for its sixth straight win, improving to 11-4 overall and 6-0 in the RMAC.
2001 – Tony Thomas had a goal and an assist as the MSU Denver men's soccer team won 3-1 at Northeastern State (Okla.).

1993 – Paul Macklin set a still-standing MSU Denver men's soccer team program record for latest game-winning goal in regulation, scoring with 45 seconds left for a 2-1 victory over CSU-Pueblo. Leonard Trujillo had assists on both of the Roadrunners' goals.
1992 – Lora Houdek set 28 assists as the No. 8 MSU Denver volleyball team rolled past CSU-Pueblo 3-0 (15-3, 15-3, 15-4) for its fourth straight win, improving to 8-4 overall and 2-0 in the Colorado Athletic Conference.
1985 – Cathy Guiles had 16 kills as the MSU Denver volleyball team beat Adams State 3-1 (14-16, 15-3, 16-14, 15-2) at the Northern Colorado Tournament.
1979 – The MSU Denver volleyball team, led by all-region first-team selections Anita Mathes and Julie Buntrock, won 3-0 (15-7, 15-6, 15-7) at College of Santa Fe (N.M.).
