COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The MSU Denver baseball team has been picked to finish third in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's preseason coaches poll.
The Roadrunners, who set a school record for wins last season while going 34-10 and narrowly missing the program's first-ever trip to the NCAA Tournament, finished second in the RMAC regular season last year with a 28-8 mark in league play.
MSU Denver has received votes in both preseason national top 25 polls.
The Roadrunners open the season home at the Assembly Athletic Complex on Feb. 5 with a doubleheader against Minot State (N.D.), with first pitch scheduled for 11 a.m.
