LEXINGTON, Ky. – MSU Denver maintained its No. 2 ranking in the AVCA Division II national poll released Monday.
The Roadrunners received 1,114 poll points, up four from last week and just one below the season-high 1,115 they got two weeks ago.
Wayne State (Neb.) remains the unanimous No. 1 team in the country.
MSU Denver, which is 19-1 overall and 12-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, puts its 34-match regular-season conference win streak on the line Tuesday in a 7 p.m. match at Colorado Christian (13-8, 8-4). The Roadrunners' streak is the second-longest in conference history.
On Saturday, the Roadrunners play a 3 p.m. match at No. 18 Regis (15-5, 11-1), with the Rangers shooting to potentially regain a share of first place in the league.
