COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the second consecutive season, the MSU Denver women's track & field team has had a program-record 11 student-athletes named to the Academic All-RMAC honor roll. All 11 athletes named to the league's indoor Academic honor roll have earned the same award for the outdoor season.
The list includes three-time honoree Jaivion Lattimore, two-time selections Teagan Garand, Claire Hummel, Jocelyn Korbe, Abi Read and Allyssa Romero, and first-time winners Raygen Ivins, Nya Marshall, Maya Ries, Audrynn Street and Heidi Yagen.
In order to achieve Academic All-RMAC honor roll, student-athletes must have completed at least two semesters at their current school, must have used a season of eligibility, and must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.30.
Lattimore has also won the same award twice for outdoor track, while Garand, Hummel, Read and Romero have also been recognized once each for the outdoor season. Yagen was on the Academic All-RMAC first team for cross country this past fall. Read has been named to the honor roll twice in cross country, while Street was recognized in cross country this past fall.
