LOUISVILLE, Ky. – With 27 wins in its last 29 game,s the MSU Denver softball team gained more traction in the NFCA Division II Top 25 coaches poll.
The Roadrunners, 33-7 overall and 22-6 for first place in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, received eight poll points – up from three points last week – and are are 27
th among teams receiving votes.
Earlier this season MSU Denver put together a school-record 21-game winning streak.
The Roadrunners are away from home again this week, with doubleheaders at Fort Lewis on Friday and Saturday at Fort Lewis, beginning at noon and 11 a.m., respectively.
