KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Four members of the MSU Denver men's basketball team have been selected for the National Association of Basketball Coaches' Honors Court.
Forwards
Caleb McGill, Mario Lacy, Jr., and
Jake Chrisman, as well as guard
Camden Smithburg, have been recognized by the NABC.
McGill and Smithburg both majored in business administration, compiling grade point averages of 3.53 and 3.60, respectively, and Chrisman had a 3.44 GPA while majoring in construction project management. Lacy had a 3.29 and earned a post-graduate certificate in digital marketing.
To qualify for the Honors Court, players must be a junior, senior or graduate student academically, must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20 at the conclusion of the academic year, and must be at a four-year institution with at least one active NABC member on the coaching staff.
