@MSUDenverMBB: Ficke Announces Addition of Five Transfers for 2024-25

Group brings a mix of size, skill, athleticism, and championship experience

DENVER – MSU Denver men's basketball coach Dan Ficke has announced that five players, in addition to two players signed in November, will join the Roadrunners' basketball program for the 2024-25 season.

All five players are transfers, and three are from the Denver metropolitan area.

"We are very excited to announce the signing of these five transfers to our 2024 recruiting class, along with the three high school seniors who signed with us in November," Ficke said. "These are young men of high character who take the opportunity to get their education at MSU Denver seriously and will bring a mix of size, skill, athleticism, and championship experience to our basketball program.

"We believe with these additions and the returning players from our 2023-24 team, including KJ Garrett, Quave Propst-Allison, and Caleb McGill, we have a roster that is experienced, talented and deep, and will be ready to compete at high level in the RMAC and the South Central Region this season."

Ficke also signed 6-11 forward Jacob Barker and 6-3 guard Amare Bethel for this season's team during the fall signing period, and another fall signee – 6-3 guard Cohen Edmondson – will join the program in 2026 after going on a two-year mission.
