DENVER — MSU Denver Athletics is gearing up for another busy week across multiple programs, with several teams carrying strong momentum into conference play as the spring season rolls on.
Softball will be the lone program at home this upcoming week, while baseball hits the road to take on Colorado School of Mines. Track and Field and golf will both head down south to Pueblo for their events.
SOFTBALL
The Roadrunners remain one of the hottest teams in the RMAC, riding a 10-game winning streak following Tuesday's doubleheader sweep of Nebraska Kearney. MSU Denver now sits at 20-6 overall and 13-3 in conference play, while maintaining a perfect 14-0 record at home.
The offense has been rolling and the pitching staff continues to deliver, highlighted by Natalie Romero earning RMAC Pitcher of the Week honors after her dominant performances last weekend.
MSU Denver will look to keep its unbeaten home streak alive this weekend with a four-game RMAC series against Chadron State:
- Saturday, March 21 – 12 p.m. / 2 p.m.
- Sunday, March 22 – 11 a.m. / 1 p.m.
