COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the third time this season, true freshman
Kayla Caballero of MSU Denver has been named women's soccer Goalkeeper of the Week by the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
Caballero posted two more shutouts, both in tight 1-0 wins over Western Colorado and Fort Lewis, as the Roadrunners improved to 5-1 with only one goal allowed in their last 6 games. Caballero had two saves against Western Colorado and three against Fort Lewis.
For the season, Caballero is second in the RMAC with five shutouts, fourth with an 0.79 goals-against average, and fifth with a .771 save percentage.
