COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – There were no surprises when the official pairings for the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference softball tournament were released by the league on Tuesday.
 
The double-elimination tournament will be played in Grand Junction, Colo., site of tournament host Colorado Mesa, for the sixth consecutive season.
 
MSU Denver earned the fourth seed for the tournament and will faced fifth-seeded UCCS on Thursday at 12:30 p.m.
 
MSU Denver won three of four games against the Mountain Lions on April 9 and 10 at the Assembly Athletic Complex.
