GREENWOOD, Ind. – For the second consecutive year, MSU Denver women's golfers
Isabel Botero and
Sydney Eye have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team in the at-large category.
At-large sports include all sports other than football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, swimming & diving, baseball, softball, cross country/track & field and tennis.
To be eligible for College Sports Communicators Academic honors, players must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50. Golfers must be regular players for their teams and meet minimum participation requirements.

Isabel Botero
- Three top-10 finishes in 2023-24, including one second-place result.
- Tied for ninth at RMAC Championship.
- Tied for seventh at 2022 RMAC Championship.
- Tied for 16th at 2021 RMAC Championship.
- Career scoring average of 79.5 is 5th in program history.
- Shot a 4-under 68, second-best round in program history, in September.
- 2024 All-RMAC 1st Team.
- 2024 Academic All-RMAC 1st Team.
- 2023 CSC Academic All-District.
- 2-time Academic All-RMAC honor roll.
- 2-time D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.
Sydney Eye
- 2023 CSC Academic All-District selection
- 2-time Academic All-RMAC first team.
- Tied for ninth at 2024 RMAC Championship
- Four-time top-21 finisher at the RMAC Championship (tied for 21st in 2023, tied for 15th in 2022, tied for 14th in 2021).
- 2021 All-RMAC second team selection.
- Ranks seventh in program history with career scoring average of 80.9 in a program-record 88 rounds.
- Two-time Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll choice (2021, 2022).
- Three-time D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner
- Eight-time member of the MSU Denver Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
- She has a 3.83 cumulative GPA while majoring in management.
