He played a key role in the university's name change, creation of master's programs and the non-resident tuition rate. … The Assembly Athletic Complex was named the Cohen Center for Athletics in 2017 in honor of the family's continuing contributions to the university and the Denver community. … The Cohen Scholars Program, a new way for donors to support student-athletes, was launched in 2018.
