Golden, Colo.- Metropolitan State University of Denver junior Sarah Hughes (Broomfield, Colo./Broomfield H.S.) competed at the Colorado School of Mines Last Chance Meet on Friday, May 13.

Hughes competed in the triple jump, finishing with a final mark of 11.26 meters landing in second place at the event.

The Roadrunners will continue competition on Sunday, May 16 in Golden, Colo.
