LEXINGTON, Ky. – MSU Denver continues to hold onto the No. 1 ranking in NCAA Division II while maintaining the top spot for a second consecutive week.
 
The Roadrunners received 31 of the 47 first-place votes in the American Volleyball Coaches' Association poll and earned a total of 1,155 poll points. Wayne State (Neb.) earned 15 first-place votes and 1,139 poll points and jumped from third to second.
 
MSU Denver is 23-1 overall and 16-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference and will attempt to complete a second straight 18-0 run through league play this weekend with matches Friday at UCCS and Saturday at CSU Pueblo.
 
The Roadrunners have won 38 straight regular-season RMAC matches dating to the 2020 season, and would break the conference record of 39 with two wins this weekend.
 
The Roadrunners have also clinched the top seed for the RMAC Tournament, an eight-team event that will now be held entirely at the Auraria Event Center from Nov. 10 through 12.
 
MSU Denver would clinch the outright regular-season league championship with one win this weekend.
